Short on purpose. By using HabitFlow you agree to these.
1What this is
HabitFlow is a free habit-tracking app made by SDX Studio. It runs on your phone and, if you choose to sign in, backs your data up to a secure cloud database so you can restore it on another device.
2Accounts
- Accounts are optional. You can use the whole app in local-only mode without signing in.
- If you sign in, you do so with a Google account. We create a HabitFlow profile tied to that Google user ID.
- You're responsible for keeping access to the Google account you signed in with — we can't recover your data if you lose it.
- One account per person. Don't share credentials or create accounts for other people without permission.
3What you agree to
- Use it at your own risk, for personal use.
- Don't try to hack, modify, reverse-engineer, or weaponize the app or its cloud services.
- Don't upload content that's illegal, hateful, or infringes anyone's rights (this includes your avatar and any notes you sync).
- You keep your own local backups if you're not signed in. If you uninstall without one and don't have a cloud account, the data is gone.
4Your data
Your habits belong to you. When signed in, we store a copy in a secure cloud database purely to sync it back to your devices — we don't sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what fields we store and which third parties are involved.
5Third-party services
HabitFlow relies on a few external services to work: Google Sign-In, a cloud database and file storage for your synced data and avatar, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, and Google AdMob for the ads that keep the app free. Using HabitFlow means you also accept those providers' own terms where they apply.
6What we promise
The app and its cloud services are provided as is, with no warranty. We try to make everything solid, but we can't guarantee it'll be bug-free, always available, or that sync will never fail. We're not liable for any loss that comes from using it — keep your own local backups if the data is important to you.
7Ending your account
- Sign out from Settings — your local data stays on the device and sync stops.
- Delete account from Settings — wipes your profile, all synced rows, and your stored avatar from the cloud, and clears your device.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
8Updates & removal
We may update the app and these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can uninstall any time — that ends the agreement and removes your local data. To also remove your cloud data, use "Delete account" before uninstalling.
